The stm. VENEZUALA owned by the Davidson Steamship Co. of Duluth which
was seized on Thursday on a libel filed against it by William M. Taechenberg
of this city for alleged non-payment of boiler repairs amounting to $3,243
was released yesterday on a bond of $6,736. The company refuses to settle
claiming a poor job.
