SCHOONER RUSSEL DART. - This vessel was laid up at Toledo last fall, and during the winter has been in a measure rebuilt. She has received a new deck, and all above the deck has been rebuilt, and she is now in as good condition as when she first came from her builder. The DART is owned by Captains Miller and Parks, of Toledo, and commanded by Capt. Parks.

      As previously stated, the schr. RUSSELL DART, of this city, was partially rebuilt during the past winter. She has recently been repainted, and is, in every particular, as good as new. Capt. Parks, one of her owners, will command her.
