Full Text

The new tug HENRY S. SILL, built by Carroll Bros., made her appearance in the harbor for the first time Saturday. The boat is moderate in size, but for speed and general good working will compare favorably with the largest and best in the creek. She will be commanded by Edward Thorpe, and will be under the management of Messrs. Anderson & Doyle.
