The prop. CONCORD and barge BANNER have been rebuilt the past winter at this yard. The CONCORD has been converted into a tow barge at an expense of $8,000, and is no doubt one of the best of her kind afloat. The BANNER has received a thorough rebuilt from the low water mark up, at an expense of $6,000, and is now in fine shape. - Detroit Post.
