On Wednesday the new prop. MOHAWK built by Luthur Moses for Messrs. Wm. Foot and Samuel Morgan, of Buffalo, and capt. H.D. Pheatt, of this city, was launched. She was put into the stock of the Western Transportation Co., and will be ready for her first trip in a fortnight. She has 200 ft. keel; 13 ft. hold and 31 ft. beam, and will register about 765 ft. She will cost about $50,000. - Cleveland Plain Dealer.
