      Our Bay City correspondent writes that the new schooner for Capt. Davidson, of this city, was launched from Gibson's shipyard Saturday. Her dimensions are as follows: Length, 143 ft.; breadth of beam 26 ft. 2 inches; depth of hold 12 ft. She will be fitted up with wire rigging and all modern improvements. Her capacity is about 22,000 bushel grain. She was christened the E.M. DAVIDSON.
