The tug BRYANT appeared in the harbor this morning, for the first time this spring, looking remarkably well. The BRYANT has been thoroughly overhauled and rebuilt this winter, at the yard of Geo. H. Notter. She was commanded by Capt. Robert Byers, an old an experienced tug captain.
