      The EMMA L. COYNE, which last year ran as a barge in the lumber trade, has had spars put in her during the winter, and comes out this spring as a bark. She is now lying at the foot of Bates St., Detroit, being recaulked, and receiveing a few necessary touches preparatory to fitting out.
