      The new tug being built at the foot of Genesee St. by Thomas O'Grady for benjamin Cowles is nearly ready for launching.

      The tug MAJOR KINGMAN was launched from the yard of B.L. Cowles, at the foot of genesee St. on Tuesday afternoon (6/11). She is intended for service in Government work at the Soo.
