NEW SIDE WHEEL STEAMER. - A new side wheel steamer recently constructed on the River St. Clair by Flower & Brothers for the engine formerly in the J.P. WARD, has been completed at this port and was out yesterday on her trial trip. She is intended to run between Saginaw and Cleveland. She is commanded by Capt. Keith, and is called the W.R. CLINTON. - Detroit Advertiser.
