The elegant bark JOSEPH G. MARSDEN, recenly built for Capt. Frank Perew, of Buffalo, by Quayle & Martin of this city, sails on her maiden trip this evenin. She is commanded by Capt. Joseph Kendrick. The MARSDEN is 186 ft. long, 33 ft. wide and 13 ft. depth of hold. Her burden is 620 tons. There is scarcely a finer bark on the lakes than the MARSDEN. She will be employed in the Buffalo and Chicago grain trade.
