At Chicago recently was launched the new schr. BELLE BROWN of the following dimensions: Length of keel 120 ft., over all 128 ft.; bean 27 ft. 6 inches; depth of hold 9 ft. 3 inches. She will carry about 220,000 ft. of lumber and will be rigged as a three masted fore-and-after.
