      The new tug RAMBLER tried her machinery on Saturday and showed off on the river for the first time. Capt. Hand says he don't see where he could change her for the better. As per agreement she will run in the Hand line and will be owned by Messrs. A.C. Taylor, Geo. Hand & Geo. Jones.
