      The Engelmann Transportation Co. have sold the props. MANISTEE and CITY OF FREEMENT, the former to the Duluth & South Shore Transportation Co. and the latter to Capt. Eber Ward. The price obtained was $50,000 for each boat. The CITY OF FREEMONT has already taken her place in Capt. Eber Ward's Lake Superior line. She cleared from this port Sept. 2d for Duluth.
