VESSELS BUILDING AT CLEVELAND : -- By Laffrinier & Stevenson -- for V. Swain, 1 schooner, 80 tons : for Burnham & Rogers, 1 schooner, 180 tons.

      LAUNCH. - This morning at 10 o'clock, says the Cleveland Times of the 18th inst., from the ship yard of Messrs. Laffrienier & Stevenson, near the Columbus bridge, a splendid schooner of 200 tons, to be named SARATOGA, owned by Messrs. Burnham & Rogers of Ohio City, and to be commanded by Captain Wm. Guyles.
      Also on Tuesday next at 3 P. M. from the same yard, a schooner of 100 tons, to be called the HERO, owned by Mr. V. Swain of this city, and to be commanded by Captain C. Bass. The HERO has a bust of the gallant Decatur on her bow. These two vessels in point of model and strength cannot be surpassed and do great credit to their enterprising builders.
