      The CHANG and ENG. - These twin vessels, launched at East Saginaw on Saturday, are of the following dimensions each: Length of keel 181 ft.; breadth of beam, 33 ft.; depth of hold, 12 ft. 6 inches in the shoalest place. They carry 3 spars each and are wire rigged. The carrying capacity of each is estimated at 850,000 ft. of lumber, and cost about $40,000 each. They will form the tow of the prop. MENDOTA and will load in a few days for Buffalo and thence go to Chicago.
