General Sherman (Steamboat), 3 Apr 1874

Description
Full Text

The ex-revenue cutter GENERAL SHERMAN is lying near the foot of Wayne St., Detroit having just got rid of of her painters and being yet under repair to her machinery. She is now called the JOHN SHERMAN, as has been noticed, and the change from a sombre black to a clean white, trimmed with green, is very marked.
