The official measurement of the schr. J.I. CASE shows her to be a trifle short of 828 tons. Her dimensions are: Length of keel 200 ft.; breadth of beam, 34 ft.; depth of hold, 14 1/2 ft. She is the property of Messrs. J.I. Case and F.M. Knapp of Racine. Her builders are J.S. Rand and Harry Berger of Manitowoc. She will be able to carry 53,000 bu. wheat on a 14 ft. draught of water.
