      Yesterday noon the new schr. LASALLE, recently launched at Tonawanda by Messrs. Parson & Humble, was towed into the harbor, and during the afternoon, attracted a good deal of attention. The boat has capacity for 23,000 bu. of wheat and is of the following dimensions: Length of keel, 134 ft.; breadth of beam, 26 ft. 3 inches; depth of hold, 11 ft. 6 inches. The LASALLE is intended principally for the lower trade and will be commanded by Capt. Parker.
