The MUSIC is a new propeller just completed at Swan Creek, Toledo, for E.B. Ward. Her dimensions are: 137' keel, 24' 6" beam, 23' hold. She will accomodate 75 passengers in cabins. Her engine is 150 h.p., and the screw is 8' 6" in diameter. She cost $60,000 and will run from Petoskey to Mackinaw.

The passenger stm. MUSIC just finished at Ward's New Jerusalem, has completed her outfit at Toledo, and left on her trial trip to Detroit whence she will return and take her furniture and then will go to her line on Lake Michigan. She will ply between Mackinaw and Petoskey in connection with the Grand Rapids and Indiana Railroad. Her dimensions are: Keel, 137 ft.; beam, 24 ft. 6 inches; hold 23 ft. She has accommodations for 75 first class passengers and 80 second class. Her handsome cabins of black walnut cost $60,000. She will make 16 miles per hour.
