      New Vessel.-- The new schooner ROANOKE, modelled by Capt. Tiebout, built by Capt. Treat, of Euclid, for R. G. Winslow & Brothers, made her first appearance in our harbor this afternoon. She is a fine vessel of 160 tons burthen, and will carry a large cargo. The ROANOKE is commanded by Capt. Seymour, and is to sail in the Buffalo line. Cleve. Herald.
