The barge DICTATOR arrived here last week with the stmb. JARVIS LORD, from Marquette, loaded with iron ore. while lying at the dock near the furnace yesterday the DICTATOR was boarded by a U.S. Marshal, who attached the entire property, to satisfy an old towing bull, contracted 2 1/2 years ago. - Toledo Balde, yesterday.
