The Great Lakes Towing Co. yesterday had the stm. BULGARIA seized by the U.S. marshal at Toledo to satisfy a claim for $3,000 for repeasing the ship from Gray's reef shoal in the Straits of Mackinac last week. The BULGARIA is owned by J.H. Osterich of Green Bay. By libeling the vessel and cargo, about 90,000 bu. wheat, the towing company is able to hold the cargo for its share of the claim. Both the owner of the grain and the owner of the vessel gave bond to release the ship and cargo.
