The excursion steamer PILGRIM was libeled this afternoon by Deputy United States Marshal Kane on a claim of $1,200 for repair work doney the Mills Dry Dock Company.

      The excursion steamer PILGRIM, which was libeled yesterday afternoon by the Mills Dry Dock Company for an unpaid repair bill of $1,200, was released later in the afternoon after a bond had been furnished by her owners.
