Cleveland , Sept. 23. -- The steamer JAMES WATT, last of the Rockefeller fleet to be built at this port, was launched this afternoon. The new boat is 426 feet overall, 406 feet keel, 48 feet beam and 29 feet deep. She will be completed in about three weeks, but unless there is some improvement in lake freight she will probably not be fitted out.

The GEORGE STEPHENSON was launched from the yards of the F.W. Wheerler & Co., at Bay City on Wednesday.
The JAMES WATT was launched Wednesday at Cleveland.
