At a session of the Supreme Court of the Territory of Michigan, sitting as a Circuit and District Court of the United States, at the Council-house in the city of Detroit, an the th day of 1818.
In the case of the United States of America against a certain vessel called the sloop NIGHT HAWK of and belonging to Silver Creek, in the district of Buffalo Creek, in the state of New York, of the burthen of nine tons or thereabouts, with her tackle, apparel and furniture, seized by William Woodbridge Esquire, collector of the customs of the said United States, as forfeited for having violated the revenue laws of the said United States in such case made and provided ---It is ordered that the third Monday of September next, at 12 o'clock, a.m. at the said council-house, before the said supreme court, be the time and place appointed for the trial of this case. Per Curiam.
