STEAM-BOAT "ENTERPRISE" -- We understand that Messrs. Merwin, Gidings & Co., of this village, are now the sole proprietors of this boat, and are engaged in repairing and improving her for service the ensuing season. They have made a contract with Messrs. Ballard & Sterling for a new engine, of 120 horse power. A new prow is to be made, and other improvements are contemplated. She is known to be a strong, well-built vessel; and with a new powerful engine, new furniture, new management, (and perhaps a new name) she will rank with any steamer on the lake. She is expected to be ready for service by the 20th of May.
