The New Steamer. -- The PACIFIC, now being built at the Owen Sound Dry Dock by Captain John Simpson, will be ready for launching early in the Spring. She is nearly all planked, and the machinery is now being put into her. She will be when completed, one of the finest propellers on the lakes. (Times)...
