MEAFORD SHIP-YARD. --There are five tug-boats on the ground across the river being repaired and put in order for the season now opening. Mr. McRae has almost entirely rebuilt the CLARA and made a staunch craft out of her. Mr. Donald McDonald's new tug is nearly ready for the water, being all calked. It is thought she will be launched on Saturday or Monday next...

Mr. Donald McDonald received on Sunday last, per Northern Railway, a new engine for his fishing tug, (HEATHER BELLE) it is of 30 horse power and costs with other fittings $750. Mr. McDonald's old engine had not power enough to suit his wishes.
