D.N. Runnels has purchased the steamer W.J. SPICER and taken her to Sarnia, where her machinery will be taken out and she will be converted into a tow barge.

      The W.W. STEWART, formerly the SPICER, lying in Black River, is having 3 new spars put in and other repairs made.

NOTE:- The paddle wheel steamer W.J. SPICER was converted into the W.W. STEWART
