The first gun in the legal fight between the insurers of the OCEANICA and the insurers of the CHISHOLM, both of which sank at the Grosse Pointe crossing in collision, will shortly be fired. Attorneys for the OCEANICA are now preparing the papers for a libel agaisnt the CHISHOLM for about $65,000 and they will be served shortly. Then the attorneys for the other will file a cross-libel and the merry war will begin.
