      H.M.S. CHEREOKEE - This armed steamer will be laid up in ordinary in the Naval Yard at Kingston, and her officers and crew paid off on the 25th March, and sent home. The small Iron armed steamer MOHAWK, Lt. Herbert, Commander, now wintering at Penetanguishene, will come down to Kingston when the navigation opens, and do that duty here hitherto performed by the CHEREOKEE.
