      The Frontier Transit Co. has been organized at Buffalo, N.Y., with J. J. Boland at its head, to takeover the stm. WINNIPEG, now on the run from that city to Port Arthur Ont., and to cut her down to a single deck vessel. The WINNIPEG was formerly the Anchor Line stm. JUANITA. Another steamer is to be acquired to take the place of the WINNIPEG.
