The KATHLEEN for sale March 18, 1890 by the Deputy Marshall of the Maritime Court of Ontario #68 as a result of the decision in the case of the Canadian Locomotive & Engine Company Vs the KATHLEEN, the sale to take place at the Court House. Screw steamer 285.78 tons gross, 212.15 registered tons, built 1888 at Kingston with a low pressure triple expansion engine of 37 horse power.
