We saw in the harbor last week, a new schooner, built at Black River, for Livingston & Frink, She is called the PEORIA. Her dimensions are: 114 feet on deck; 24 feet 5 inches beam; and 9 feet depth of hold. She will run to the Upper Lakes Ports. -- Oswego Palladium.
