Casualty.--Last week, whilst the schr. Tiger, Capt. Blake, of this port, was lying opposite Grand River, two sailors named Johnson and Roberts, in endeavoring to get to the vessel during a gale, were drowned. The mate of the Tiger, who was also in the boat, saved his life by clinging to it until it drifted to the piles at the mouth of the river, where he remained about four hours before he could be relieved. The Tiger also broke broth of her anchors during the gale.
