SHIP BUILDING AT SHEBOYGAN. -- The Evergreen City Times of the 9th, says that there are now three vessels on the stocks at that place, the schooner MARY, which is being lengthened 26 feet; a new schooner for Messrs. Wilson & Whittlemore of Michigan City; and a first class schooner of 400 tons for Gardner & Co., of Chicago.
