' LUCY J. LATHAM." -- This is the name of a new vessel which made her first appearance in our harbor last evening, with a cargo of corn from Toledo. She was built by J.P. Gay & Co., of Milan, and her dimensions are 118 feet 8 inches keel, 24 feet 10 inches beam, and 11 feet depth of hold. Like all of the Milan vessels, the LATHAM is a good model, well built, and is designed for service. She is owned by Latham & Tozer, of this city, and will run in the "Black Ball Line." We wish the LUCY J. LATHAM pleasant voyages and rich freights. -- Oswego Times, 14th.
