SCHOONER NORTHAMPTON. -- This schooner which has been built during the past winter by Capt. Daniel Dibble, was launched a few days since. She is a beautiful boat, as are, in fact, all that have the same builder. Her sole owner is Mr. Francis Whitney, of this city, She is a square rigged, and is of the following dimensions:
Length 118 feet
Breadth 25 feet
Depth 8 feet 6 inches
Tonnage 263 tons
The CASTALIA is still on the stocks, but will be launched early this week. The CASTALIA is rigged as a hermaphrodite brig, and owned by Messrs. Morgan, Buton and Hackett. -- Sandusky Clarion.
