NEW VESSELS. -- This evening at five o'clock, the weathering favoring, Laffranier and Stevenson, will launch from their yard, a fore-and-after for H.N. Gates. Her dimensions are 136 feet keel; 25 feet 6 inches beam; 11 feet hold, and she will measure about 370 tons. She can pass the canal, and will rank A No. 1. During the first part of April she will be ready for sea.
