SHERIFF SALE. -- On obedience to the command of a writ of al fi fa issued out of the court of common pleas in and for the county of Cuyahoga to me directed and delivered, I have levied upon and shall expose to public sale at on near Bronson & Colt's warehouse in the Cuyahoga River on the 20th of May inst., between the hours of 10 o'clock A. M. and 4 o'clock P. M., the following described property to wit: James L. Conger's interest in the schooner HELEN - at the suit of David Hersh and Hiram Van vs. James L. Conger.
