Oswego (Steamboat), 1 Nov 1833

Description
Full Text

Last Saturday, agreeably to the notice in our last, the new and elegant Steamboat Oswego was launched, and it was the most splendid sight of the kind we ever beheld. She went offf into her future element, gracefully and proudly, without an hindrance or accident of any kind. Our place, whose name she bears, may well be proud of her -- she is a beautiful boat. It is
expected she will be in readiness to make her trips early in the spring; and we hope her public spirited owners will find a liberal return for the expense and labour they have bestowed upon her.
