Navigation Open. On Sunday last, a small vessel arrived here from Sandusky.

The upper part of Lake Erie [sic] and the straits are now free from ice, and business will soon resume its usual activity. It is probable that the Steam boat Superior will leave Buffalo for this place about the 20th inst.
