LAUNCH OF A TUG. -- The tug D. P. DOBBINS, built by Mills & Walsh, for Messrs. Talbot & Quackenbush, of Lower Black Rock, will be launched at the yard of the builders, on the Blackwell Canal, on Saturday afternoon next. The DOBBINS is of 67 tons burthen, 70 feet in length, and cost $7,000.
