LAUNCH. -- The MINERVA, a trim looking tug, built at Chippewa, and owned by Messrs. Rose & Simpson, was launched on Thursday last. She will be employed in towing vessels between Port Robinson and Buffalo, via Chippewa and the Niagara River.
