REBUILT. -- The schooner PHILENA MILLS, owned by Capt. R. Dill of this city, having been rebuilt by Messrs. Jones & Hardison during the spring, came out yesterday afternoon nearly as good as new. She left yesterday for Milwaukee, and will continue in the upper lake trade.
