NEW SCOW AT WELLAND. -- Mr. Robert Brown is building at Welland, C. W., for Mr. David Bald ?, a scow, the dimensions of which are as follows: 110 feet long; breadth of beam 24 feet 4 inches; depth of hold 9 feet. She is calculated to carry upwards of two hundred cords of wood, or 16,000 bushels of grain. She will, we believe be launched during the coming month of May. --- Welland Tel.
