Description
Full Text

On account of the floods and ice it has been found impossible to launch the new side-wheel steamer CITY OF BENTON HARBOR, now under construction at Toledo for the Graham & Morton Line, and she is being completed on the stocks. The launching will be put off until the ice is out of the way, and by that time the boat will be almost ready for service.
