STEAMER TAGONA BRINGING WHISKY
The new steamer TAGONA is on the ocean, bound fram Glasgow to Toronto, with a cargo of whisky, valued at $150,000. The TAGONA is a duplicate at the KENORA and the REGINA. She is 256 feet long, 42 feet beam, and is intended for service in the upper lake trade. A tri-weekly freight service will be inaugurated by the Canadian Lake Line between Montreal, Toronto, Hamilton, Port Arthur and Fort William.
