Grand View Park Hotel will be opened today under the management of George D. Babcock, who is well known on the river and has a host of friends. The H.P. BIGELOW, a double deck steamer with a 75 passenger capacity, will be placed on the ferry route. She will be commanded by Capt. ernest Cole of Syracuse. Henry LeFleur will be the pilot.
